Shipping policy

All of our items are made to order, so you are expected to receive your item(s) approximately 1-2 weeks after ordering. 

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. At that point, it will get sent to the production queue. Once your order is packed and on the way to you, you will receive a shipping email with your tracking information.

Production usually takes 3-5 business days.

Shipping usually takes 1-2 business days if you are on the west coast. Please allow up to 5 business days if you are on the east coast.

Please be advised that estimates at checkout via our site may vary and are not always accurate.

We do our very best to ship items as quickly as possible, but please know that shipping times may be longer during holiday sales due to high production volume.
